Abstract

Based on the analysis of the GB/T 20081.1—2021 and GB/T 20081.2—2021, a set of electro-pneumatic control integrated test-bed which can be used for flow and pressure characteristics test of compressed air pressure regulators is set up. The flow-pressure characteristics(according to GB/T 20081.1—2021, the same below)and pressure regulation characteristics of conventional direct operated and pilot-type compressed air pressure regulators are tested, and the test data are analyzed after editing and processing to verify the feasibility of the method described in the current standards. it provides a reference for the test of flow and pressure characteristics of compressed air pressure regulators in the new national standard.
